Further to the launch of the GUARDIAN™ Personal Tracking device, Altech Netstar now offers a service called Guardian SOS.

Guardian SOS is an affordable emergency location and response service, which runs on Altech Netstar's software, dowloaded to your GPS/GPRS compatible mobile phone.

The service allows you to raise an SOS panic alert through a preset mobile application shortcut on your mobile phone. When raised, it will send an alert to Altech Netstar's emergency centre as well as three preset emergency contacts.

Altech Netstar will be able to identify the location using GPS technology (provided the application is enabled and a valid GPS position is obtainable), and will establish your safety and personal emergency. Our ground and air recovery teams will respond to your emergency if required.
