(“terms”) constitute an agreement between you and Altech Netstar (Proprietary) Limited
(“Netstar”, “us”, “our” or “we”) and become binding on you each time you use and
access the www.netstar.altech.co.za website and the www.guardian.co.za website (“collectively
referred to as the sites”).

be resolved

Amendments

sites. A certificate signed by the administrator responsible for maintaining the
sites will be prima facie proof of the date of publication and content of the current
version and all previous versions of the online terms. Without derogating from the
